Hi Team,

As Michele recovers and gains back her strength each day, many of you have expressed interest in helping out where possible.

Fortunately, Central Market in Plano (off Coit Road) has a wonderful catering department that has offered to help arrange, coordinate, and deliver meals. The team has created a profile for Michele and we have provided them with her dietary restrictions (as she is allergic to all berries & raw tomatoes!) and suggestions for healthy and enjoyable meals. Nutrition will play an important role in her fight and recovery — healthy & easily digested meals are highly encouraged. We seem to be really enjoying soups lately!

If interested, you can contact Central Market to order a meal, contribute funds to her account, or add to a grocery list they can assemble for our family for delivery or pick up. They have a lot of her information on file and will gladly help make recommendations and are managing a schedule so that the meals are distributed evenly. They even have some of Scott’s favorite meals on file too 😉
