So, howdy yall!
Most of Team Michele just touched down in Houston (Don’t worry, we drove. We opted not to take the space shuttle) – “Houston, come in Houston, the eagle has landed.” And a few more team members will be arriving soon.
Tomorrow at MD Anderson, Michele will have some important tests and lab work done, our first trip back here since undergoing chemotherapy treatments.
We will meet with our medical team to go over her current status, possible clinical trials, and next steps in her treatment plan. We remain positive and optimistic we will craft the best plan possible moving forward.
Since her last treatment, Michele has been continuing to build back strength each day. Protein smoothies, ensures, and her exercise bike have become a few of her most recent “best friends”. Not to mention, ‘Hal’ her handy little trashcan that’s never more than an earshot away.
We are so thankful for all the visits, calls, texts, emails, soups, injections, and just overall support from friends and family. We can’t tell you how appreciative we are.
I’ll tell you one thing, all these middle aged women are wearing me out! Just kidding, my mom’s nickname is “Q” for a reason – The Questioner. Bring on the questions, calls, and texts – I was trained by the best.

In the meantime, we are staying strong, remaining hopeful, and preparing ourselves for the next few days.

HI Michele, Sending you good luck in Houston….not a day goes by that I don’t think about you and miss seeing you so you have to get well. I would love to come over to see you, but I’m waiting for an invitation. I don’t want to come until you are up to it. I was so happy to get this update . . .’ Been checking in regularly to look for updates. Now we’ll be on the edge of our seats waiting to hear about your visit with the team of doctors in Houston. Our hearts and prayers are with you daily, Michele; and it brings us such joy to hear about the enthusiasm and humor with which your family has been caring for and supporting you. You are all very blessed to have each other!
We will be anxiously looking forward to updates on today’s developments . . .

Well i guess you think you are special because you are the “Q” girl well………………..I’m the “y” girl (WHY) SERIOUSLY. but HEY THAT’S HOW YOU LEARN. and yes i forgot to turn off the capital key.

Oh forgot to tell you – could not find a job – what did i do – went were the jobs are currently going on – yes i’m sure you guessed – i am now CERTIFIED ( OSHA too) wait for it………………………………………………………………………a FORKLIFT DRIVER…. now i really have to be a good girl-Bummer.

As i stated earlier use your mind to help burn………………….this mofo out of your body.
If you remember “Hal” did that the first time dealing with this worthless, pitiful, vile, pesty LITTLE c. In his case it was inoperable and he was told that radiation performed at the Highest level based on the size of his body was the only thing that (along with nutrition, etc.) MIGHT HELP. And lo and behold (along with his mind) he not only stomped, spit on, said adios – he dumped that mofo. AND YOU WILL TOO..KICK IT IN THE ASS. WE ALL KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.CHICKS AND EGGS
